An antique Japanese unusual 3 section Kasane Tansu made entirely of Kiri (Paulownia) wood. All original hand forged iron fittings and naturally acquired patina. Bespoke additional 3rd section designed for additional Kimono storage. Two small drawers behind hinged security door with secret box hidden behind the bottom drawer.

Age: Meiji Era (1880-1890)

Dimensions: 38″ Wide by 53 3/8″ High by 16 3/8″ Deep
