Shipping & Returns


We can arrange shipping for anywhere in the US and most International destinations. 

Shipping cost varies according to the size and weight of the items as well as the destination.  

California purchases are subject to State sales tax. 

Local pickup is an option to save on shipping costs for those in the San Francisco Bay area. View our location and hours.

We provide in-house professional packing at a very reasonable cost.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


You may return most items for a refund. Buyer must pay return shipping charges. All refunds are less handling charges. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs of the return as a result of our error.

For all returned items shipped back to us, there’s a 3 day approval period before a refund is issued. Item must be shipped back at buyer’s expense and it must be received in same condition.
