Antique ukiyo-e woodblock print of a Bunraku (puppet theater) performance, where the robed man in front is actually a very large puppet and the man who wears a black veil is the puppeteer. Framed, with artist information in back. By artist Utagawa Kunisada (1786-1865), dated September 1856.
