Chinese fan painting of a stand of bamboo growing near a group of moss-covered rocks. A poem written in the upper right hand corner says: 细竹千竿満地 which translates as “A thousand stalks of slender bamboo cover the ground”. The seal is a bit hard to make out but appears to read: 鄭 Zhèng.
That character seems to also appear towards the end of the text.
The next character after it and in the seal is 名 (míng, ‘name’). In the text, the last 2 characters are 学 (xué, ‘study’) and 写 (xi ‘write/transcribe/draw’)…

Artist Zheng (written with this character) is a Chinese surname.

Dimensions: Fan: 9″ high x 20 1/2″ wide. Mounted on silk: 13″ high x 24 1/8″ wide.
