Sino Tibetan bronze statue of the Buddhist deity Tara, the “mother of liberation” and representation of the virtues of success in work and achievements. She is a tantric figure whose image is used as a focus for meditation. She is shown gesturing the Dharmachakra Mudra, or Wheel-Turning Mudra, expressing the continuous energy of the cosmic order. She wears elaborate jewelry and her hair has applied blue pigment.
