An antique Japanese Tansu chest made for Kimono storage and constructed out of Kiri (Paulownia) and Sugi (Cryptomeria) woods. All original lacquer finish and hand forged iron hardware including the Warabite style handles. Two drawer design perfectly suited as a side chest or low dresser.
